Why did we choose to open such a luxury goods care shop in Johor Bahru, Malaysia? Because we've noticed that many people in Johor also own a considerable amount of luxury items,
yet when it comes to needing care or repairs,
there aren't many options available locally.
Otherwise, they'd have to travel all the way to
Kuala Lumpur or Singapore to find a truly professional establishment.
So, by opening this shop in Johor, we aim to provide a professional service for those in Johor who wish to clean and repair their luxury items.

The dyeing process is more intricate.
Typically, dyeing service typically takes 2-3 months.
(excluding Sundays and public holidays).
How long does your cleaning service usually take?
Due to our items are hand washed, our cleaning service typically takes 2-4 working weeks.
(excluding Sundays and public holidays).
How long does your repair service usually take?
The repair service typically takes 4-6 working weeks.

Do you offer any warranties?
Whether it's cleaning, dyeing, or repair, our warranty always lasts for 1 month.
Please remember to thoroughly inspect your item(s) before picking them up.
Will you provide timely updates on the status of my bag?
Yes, we'll provide updates before servicing and inform you once the service is complete.
You're welcome to inquire about the status of your bag at any time.
Need to pay upfront or after the service is completed?
After confirming the required services with the customer,
we require full payment upfront. Our store accepts Cash,
Bank Transfer, Touch & Go, Credit/Debit Card.

The company undertakes to exercise utmost care and attention in processing articles to use and use such process which in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual articles. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede and leather. The customer is advised that in addition to the normal articles, suede, leather and nubuck shoes are especially susceptible to inherent hazards of organic material of such animal skins.
The company will not be responsible for the following:
• Material that is tender, stiff or brittle
• Material that is faded
• Unevenly matched skins
• Heavily soiled linings
• Defects in items that have been previouslycovered/repaired
• Holes or tears due to fabric degradation
• Badly faded, discoloured, heavily soiled, worn(condition), colour transfer, out of shape(shrinkage), cracks peel,
colour loss due to non-fast, colour changes
• Glue marks, damage to strap, lace, bolo tip, button, buckles, zipper, snap,conches, elastic and ornamets
In addition, the attention of the customer is brought to the following:
• Not all stains on these skins may be removed
• Breaks and skin lines are difficult to detect and/or remove
• Unevenly matched skins are common and may show differently
• Heavily soiled linings, are difficult to remove
• Shrinkage of leather, suede and nubuck is unpredictable
• Slight changes in shape of top finish may occur.
When We have finished the Work on your Item(s), we will contact you by Whatsapp to do collection. Collection period will be 6 months after our notice, after 6 months it will be confiscated.
The company will not be responsible for item(s) left over 30days after the collection/delivery date or for the loss of your receipt.
Any claim concerning the finished article(s) must be reported together with your receipt within 24h hours from the date of collection/delivery.
The company reserves the rights to refuse service to any customer or reject any article (s) for processing.
The company reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
